1. What services do Creative Mounting Solutions (CMS) provide?

CMS is in the business of the provisioning mounting kits for Zebra scanning and printer products.  The kit should be viewed by the sales team and end users as a valuable addition to bundle with their printer and/or scanner orders.

2. What if the scanner and printer mounts currently offered by CMS do not work in the end user’s environment?

Our design team will develop a prototype that meets the customer’s criteria free of charge, as

long as the opportunity has a quantity of 50 kits or more in the first order.

3.  How do I order the kits?

Kits may be ordered through Zebra's Solution Pathways Portal.

4.   What is the lead time once a purchase order has been received at CMS?

30 days or less, we recently filled an order for 1,200 KN101’s kits, within two weeks.

5. What monitor sizes do the kits attach to?

29” width and below.  The kits attach to what is known as a VESA pattern (four screws) in the back of the monitor (All In One Monitors included). All hardware is included with the kits.*

*Wall mounts DO NOT include hardware to attach to the walls at the end user’s request.
