Warranty

Creative Mounting Solutions offers a 12-month warranty on all products against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid from date of purchase. What is covered:  Defects in materials and workmaship under normal use. What is not covered: Damage due to misuse, abuse or neglect, normal wear and tear and products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

Warranty Claims:  Contact our CMS customer service at info@creative mounting.com within the warranty period. Provide proof of purchase or order confirmation and describe the issue with the product. Upon verification we will either repair or replace the defective product. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
